Originally worn by the Australian surfers of the ‘60’s and so named because they were ‘ugly’, no one could have predicted the phenomenon which swept the world of fashion making the familiar sheepskin boot an Aussie icon overnight.
When the ‘ugg’ craze hit the UK shores, LFA worked with a little factory in Melbourne to bring their beautiful , hand- crafted sheepskin boots to the shelves of some of the best designer stores in the country.
Today the brand has become synonymous with luxury and innovative design, adding glamour to quite possibly the most comfortable trend the fashion world has ever seen. Waiting lists shot into the hundreds when the LFA Nomad style was worn by celeb fashion icon Sienna Miller and yummy mummy Jools Oliver, and the quietly successful brand was placed firmly on the Winter must –have lists.
