REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition with tags attached and with any enclosed documentation within 14 days of receipt. Please include a short note giving reason for return. We will issue a full refund ( excluding original delivery charge ), or exchange the item if preferred.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty and you require a refund or a replacement, please email or call us and we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND
Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) £5.95
Next day delivery (orders must be made before 3pm) £7.95
Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required. We will despatch your item/s on the same day if your order is made before 3pm, for a next day delivery (not including weekends or public holidays)
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We offer a delivery worldwide (over 170 countries). The shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page when the delivery destination is confirmed, so you will be informed of the cost before you complete your order.
